Techniques, Training & Practice (TTP)
Introducing Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism, 24-Solar and the concept of Yin & Yang. Where does the Yin & Yang energy come from in our everyday life? How are you going to balance Yin & Yang energy through your own practice and observation? Techniques include: self-observation for our body and breathe, living with 24-Solar and enhancing our health with nature and proper diet.
Teaching Methodology (TM)
Understanding the Qi by practicing with pranayama, yin & yang yoga, and visualizing or diversifying our energy during the practice. The key to a long healthy life is to follow the Tao, the natural way of the universe. Health and illness are caused by an imbalance of the two basic forces, yin and yang, and by the influence of the five elements (water, fire, metal, wood, and earth) on the organs of the body.
Anatomy & Physiology (AP)
Introducing TCM 5 element theory and the relation with our organs. Understanding how yin yoga helps us to build flexibility and mobility.
